Ayr Model Boat Club is a group of enthusiastic builders, sailors and enthusiasts of all things related to model boats (and beyond).

The Club meets at Northfield Park (also known locally as Newton Park), Seaforth Road, Ayr,

on Sunday afternoons and on Wednesday afternoons.

If you are interested in model boats, come along and join in the fun. If you’re shy, it’s a public park, so you can just sit at the side of the pond and watch the boats and the ducks until you feel inclined to move a little closer. We’re a bunch of blethers, so we love to chat.

The clubhouse tea is quite good too.
