Note that all models are currently located in the Stranraer area.

VOSPERS RAF Crash Tender.

This is the 46 inch version, from Deans Marine. Initial construction, as shown, and the box on the right hand side contains fittings.

SY KOMET.

This model is complete and is based on the Deans Marine kit.

LOA is 1.51m. The original kit was expensive, and this is a nicely made model.

No photos or information about propulsion motor or internal R/C equipment (if any). Two additional views available on request (front 3/4 and rear 3/4 views).

Robbe PAULA III.

This model is complete and is thought to be based on the Robbe Paula III kit - LOA  710mm. Note: Robbe now goes by the name of Ro-Marin.

No photos or information about propulsion motor or internal R/C equipment (if any).

E650.

This model is of a Polar class ocean-going trawler. It is complete and is thought to be based on the discontinued Billings  kit - Polar 584, to 1:50 scale (some sources say 1:40). The model is about 1m long (best guess from photos).

The view on the left shows the two propulsion motors and internal R/C equipment.

P87.

This model is complete and is thought to be based on HMS Orkney, a patrol vessel. No information as to whether this is a kit or scratch-built. It’s an Island Class vessel, as used for fisheries protection.

No photos or information about propulsion motor or internal R/C equipment (if any).

BRITANNIA Pilot Cutter.

This model is thought to be the Mountfleet Models kit BRITANNIA, a pilot cutter.

It seems to be at an advanced stage of construction, but unfinished.

LOA 43 inches (1093mm). It is not known if any other parts required to finish the boat are present, so best to assume it is ‘as seen’.

No photos or information about propulsion motor or internal R/C equipment (if any).

Two additional photos are available (front 3/4 and rear 3/4 views).

SANGSETTIA.

This model is assumed to be based on the SARIK plans or the plans by Dave Metcalf which were published in Model Boats magazine. It is scratch-built and has been exhibited at exhibitions.

LOA 44inches.

No photos or information about propulsion motor or internal R/C equipment (if any).

Two additional photos are available (front 3/4 and rear 3/4 views), as well as a framed description of the construction.

This model sailed at a Regatta at the pond, in former times.

TALISMAN.

This model is assumed to be scratch-built based on the SARIK plans but may use the Mountfleet hull.

LOA 56.5inches (estimate based on the Mountfleet 1:48 hull).

No photos or information about propulsion motors, paddle drive units or internal R/C equipment (if any).

Two additional photos are available (side views of mid and rear of the side shown here).

We currently have many models and lots of tools for sale, so they have been arranged on three pages.
